Closing the Pay Gap

We recently conducted a company-wide equal pay audit to better understand where gaps exist—and more importantly, to close them. Using comprehensive data analysis across roles, levels, and departments, we identified disparities and acted quickly to correct them. Equal pay for equal work isn’t a goal for the future—it’s a standard we’re enforcing now.

Supporting Women in Leadership

Representation matters, especially at the top. To help more women rise into leadership roles, we’ve launched a new mentorship program that connects high-potential women across the company with senior leaders. This initiative is designed to offer guidance, support, and real opportunities for advancement—not just once, but throughout their careers at Asteik.

Redefining Parental Leave

We believe that parenting is not defined by gender. That’s why we’ve rolled out a new, gender-neutral parental leave policy. Whether someone is giving birth, adopting, or supporting a partner, every parent at Asteik now receives the same time, resources, and respect to focus on their family without career trade-offs.

Addressing Unconscious Bias

To drive meaningful change, we have to start with awareness. We’ve partnered with external experts to deliver interactive workshops on unconscious bias across all teams. These sessions are more than just check-the-box trainings—they’re opportunities for open dialogue, reflection, and equipping our people with tools to be more inclusive every day.

Leading by Example

These actions are part of a broader, ongoing effort to foster equity not just within Asteik, but across our industry. We know we still have work to do. But progress starts with action—and we’re committed to making that action bold, intentional, and lasting.
