Asteik Restructures Its Brands into 3 Key Divisions

London, United Kingdom — January 2, 2025 — Asteik is pleased to announce the strategic restructuring of its brands into three key divisions: Asteik Trade, Asteik Industries, and Asteik Digital Solutions. This move is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to streamline operations and enhance its global presence across diverse business sectors.

The decision to combine some of Asteik’s individual brands into these three divisions was finalized on December 15, 2024, and became effective on January 2, 2025. The restructuring will focus on consolidating expertise within three distinct areas:

  • Asteik Trade: Specializing in commerce, particularly office supplies, Asteik Trade will focus on providing businesses with essential office products sourced from renowned brands.
  • Asteik Industries: This division will cover manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, and will manufacture and sell products from established brands such as RoboterLogistik and Beniwall.
  • Asteik Digital Solutions (ASDISE): Asteik Digital Solutions will house Asteik’s agencies, including Threnix and Kognibyte.

While some brand names and website addresses will change, the offerings, including services and products, will remain the same. Customers and partners can continue to rely on the same high-quality service and innovative solutions as before.

What’s Changing?

  • New Divisional Names: Each business will now operate under one of the three new divisions with "Asteik" in the name: Asteik Trade, Asteik Industries, and Asteik Digital Solutions. Products like RoboterLogistik and Beniwall will retain their names under Asteik Industries.
  • Contact Information: Correspondence will be updated with new email addresses aligned with the divisions.
  • Website and Organizational Changes: Website URLs and organizational structures will reflect the new divisions, but there will be no disruption to operations.

This strategic realignment reflects Asteik's commitment to further streamline its operations and provide a more unified experience for its clients, customers, and partners worldwide.
